What Would YOU do with $33 Mill to spare?

I read a couple weeks back about the rising town houses at 26 downing street. I was SHOCKED when I saw the pricetag was $33million for a combo of 2 of the new townhomes joined together. Although the 2 combined homes amount to a sprawling 12,000sf pad with 6 beds, 5 baths, its own garage and garden....is it really worth $33 million? IF you had $33 mill to throw around, would YOU spend it on this? Personally, I would have to say no. But I guess if you have that much money to purchase a home, it doesnt really matter. What do you think?
