Gym Music

Everyone has their own preferences when working out and I want to know what you like listening to when you work out. When I work out, I listen to a lot Led Zeppelin. But after talking to someone in the gym it appears people have their own personal choices. Now, since this is a blog in regards to music, my question is what do you listen to? I like the upbeat, what do you like??? Leave your choice..

Friday nights are typically pretty boring in NYC...so come on out to Southern Hospitality and check out The Night Shift. This band features 2 stellar guitarists, a percusionist, and a voice like youve never heard before.

The Night Shift will play an hour set from 10 to 11pm, come on down and hear some great live music and have a drink.

Southern Hospitality is located on the upper east side on 2nd ave between 75th and 76th streets.
(Side Note: Justin Timberlake and his partner of the restaurant/bar are currently looking to open a 2nd Southern Hopitality in Chelsea...stay tuned for more info on this)

Welcome Friends and foes to my blog.

A lot of people complained (Pete Alden) that I write too much on my facebook status and so Ive decided to focus my energy and time into a little blogging. Maybe I missed the boat on this "fadd" but im not doing it for anybody really but myself. Call me selfish, but I need a place to vent and inform. Or inform and vent if you will...

Anywho, I am going to try and focus on NYC and the things I know and love...music, food, and real estate. I know, some of you could care less about real estate but Im not gonna really focus on the deals and shit cause that is boring to non-RE people. Im gonna focus more on the tenants and who is going where so you all are in the know and up to date on what restaurants are opening up, whats closing and all that fun stuff. Hope you enjoy.
